Due to a required system upgrade, the online Utility Bill Payment System will be unavailable beginning Monday, May 17th, 8 AM through Wednesday, May 19th, 8 AM. Intermittent disruptions may extend into Wednesday afternoon.
If you need to make a payment, please visit our payment office located at 115 West Main Street, Lincolnton, NC 28092. You must bring a copy of your utility bill to the payment office. Please be advised that staff will be unable to process your payment without a bill copy.
