Cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance of pick up time may count as a NO SHOW. Three NO SHOWS within a 90 day period will result in the suspension of transportation services in accordance with the TLC and coordinating agencies’ policies. Driver will wait no longer than 5 minutes past pick up time for passengers to board. Driver will not wait longer for passengers who are not ready at pick-up time. All riders, including those riding on the DASH, are included and may receive a No Show. Driver will notify the Dispatcher and the rider will be called. The Dispatcher will then declare the passenger a No Show or authorize the Driver to wait. Extra time and assistance may be provided to persons with disabilities on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by the Director in advance of a scheduled trip. A link to our full No Show Policy is available here.
