Pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 131E-13(d), the Board of Commissioners (the “Board”) of Lincoln County (the “County”) is providing notice that it plans to consider declaring its intent to sell or otherwise convey its home health agency, Lincoln County Home Health Agency, in a manner consistent with the governmental purpose and which ensures the continued provision of quality care to the communities it serves, at its regular meeting to be held at 6:30 pm on Monday, May 4, 2015. The meeting will be held in the James W. Warren Citizens Center located at 115 West Main Street, Lincolnton, North Carolina.
