The third annual Earth Day Celebration will be held on Saturday, April 23rd downtown Lincolnton in conjunction with the Lincolnton Food & Winefest (www.lincolntonfoodwinefest.com) from 11 am until 5 pm.
Come join the free family Earth Day Celebration to learn more about recycling, soil testing, hands-on activities, dispose of old medicine, see demonstrations, get a free tree seedling, etc. In collaboration with the Earth Day Celebration the City of Lincolnton is sponsoring a Shred & Protect event. The shred truck will be available from 11 until 2 (or until full). This gives citizens an opportunity to get rid of documents with sensitive information.
