The Lincoln County Planning Board will meet on Monday, August 30, 2010, at 5:30 p.m. to continue discussions on a proposed Eastern Lincoln Development District and to start work on a small area plan centered around the intersection
of old N.C. 16 and N.C. 73. The meeting, which is open to the public, will be held on the second-floor balcony of the James W. Warren Citizens Center, 115 W. Main St., Lincolnton, N.C.
