Vital Records
The Registrar of the Lincoln County Health Department processes registration of all births and deaths that occur in Lincoln County and forwards them to the Lincoln County Register of Deeds and DHHS Vital Records. To obtain a certified copy of a birth certificate or death certificate, please call the Lincoln County Register of Deeds at (704) 736-8530.
