Eastern Lincoln Mobility Study

Study Framework

The study reviewed existing and projected traffic congestion, identified and evaluated transportation design alternatives, and recommended an action plan for implementation. The process will took into consideration
projects that have been approved and are in various stages of design and implementation. The Board of County Commissioners adopted the study on September 21, 2020.
