The staff requires a pre-application meeting for any subdivision, involving the installation of infrastructure (water, sewer, or roads), between the developer, their design team and staff to cover the details of the submittal process and to lay out the regulations that will apply to the development in question.
Pre-submittal meeting are designed to be an open environment where ideas are exchanged and consensus is reached.
