The Immunization Clinic offers vaccines to insured and uninsured people of all ages. Our goal is to eliminate vaccine preventable diseases in Lincoln County. Look for The Link Mobile Unit!

* Please note that there will be no walk-ins available on the second Thursday of each month from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
What immunizations do we offer?
- Chickenpox (Varicella), Covid, DTaP (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis), Flu (Influenza), Hib (Haemophilus influenzae type b), Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, HPV (Human Papillomavirus), MMR (Measles/Mumps/Rubella), Meningococcal, Meningococcal B, Pneumococcal, Polio (IPV), Rabies, RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus), TDaP (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis)

How can I get my vaccination record?
Vaccinations are not public record but are maintained by the vaccine provider and in the state’s immunization registry.
To obtain a copy of your vaccination record:
- Contact the healthcare provider’s office where you received your vaccinations
