Purpose

The purpose of the Historic Preservation Commission is to assist in the conservation of historic properties and promote the use and conservation of local historic properties for the education, pleasure, and enrichment of the residents of Lincoln County and the state as a whole.

Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month in the 3rd floor conference room at 115 West Main Street. Meetings start promptly at 4:00 pm. If you would like to present an agenda topic please contact the Commission at (704)736-8489.
